Gabriel Dean grew up in Denver, Colorado. He joined the US Navy and after several years he was honorably discharged under medical conditions. This situation made the real Gabriel D. to show up. The musician inside the man emerged and the painful body and soul started to heal. His spirit got free! The healing music made the miracle that a successful career on board a ship did not. Nonetheless, Gabriel learned how vulnerable humans can be in front of the abandonment and indifference. That is why his songs talk about love, driving to improvement and happiness.

Gabriel Dean, the sailor, is not with us anymore. He perished throughout some trip in one of the oceans of the Earth. There are a couple of scares and tattoos as a reminder of his experience in the sea. But Gabriel D, the musician, is more alive than ever. Nowadays, he spends most of his time playing guitar, writing songs, singing and growing his musical career. Hopefully, his music can be for others as healing as it was for him.
